The Edgerton Emergency Services Advisory Board is pleased to announce that effective immediately David Guy has agreed to fill the duties of Edgerton Emergency Services Department Manager.

 

David has been on the Emergency Services Advisory Board for several yeas and for the past year has contributed by performing the duties of the Administrative Officer for the Department.  During this time David has set many policies and procedures in place as well as encouraging the department members to further their formal training. David is currently enrolled in the NFPA 1001 Emergency accreditation.  The Village of Edgerton as well as the Edgerton Emergency Services Advisory Board congratulates David on his new role as Manager.

Interested in becoming a volunteer?

To join, you must be 18 years of age (16 or 17 with written consent), hold a valid operator's license, and take courses as they become available.

The purpose of the Emergency Services is to serve the community in case of fire, and conduct fire prevention in the community. They have just purchased a new fire truck, and hope to upgrade personal fire training levels and recruit new members. To become part of this group, you must be willing to give your time. this also involves doing community projects that ourld benefit the citizens in our community.
